Job Summary
Pick fresh products for online grocery orders, staging them in optimal temperature zones while following customer notes. Retrieve curbside orders upon arrival, process payments and digital coupons, and load groceries into customer vehicles. Offer suitable substitutions for out-of-stock items and record reasons on handheld devices. Maintain cleanliness of the curbside and staging areas, and provide in-store support for customer inquiries. Scan all bagged items, charge orders accurately with tax and service fees, and report pricing, location, or temperature discrepancies. Adhere to "Meet and Greet" policies and company dress code standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
