Job Summary
Pick products for customer online grocery orders, ensuring freshness, staging items in optimal temperature zones, and following written or verbal customer notes. Offer suitable substitutions when items are out of stock and record reasons on the handheld device. Retrieve orders from staging areas, process payments and digital coupons, load groceries into vehicles, and inform customers of any modifications. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Curbside area and staging zones while providing in-store and online support for customer inquiries. Adhere to "Meet and Greet" policies, scan all bagged items, correctly charge orders including taxes and fees, and report pricing, location, temperature, or product quality discrepancies to management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
