Job Summary
Pick products for customer online orders, ensuring freshness and staging items in optimal temperature zones while following written and verbal notes. Retrieve orders from staging areas upon arrival, process payments and digital coupons, and load groceries into customer vehicles. Offer suitable substitutions for out-of-stock items and record reasons on handheld devices. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Curbside area, including staging zones per company procedures. Provide in-store and online support for customer inquiries regarding the Curbside Program. Scan all bagged items, charge orders accurately with tax and service fees, and report pricing discrepancies or temperature issues to management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have good, corrected hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
