Job Summary
Maintain exceptional customer service while picking products for online grocery orders, ensuring freshness and staging items in optimal temperature zones. Offer suitable substitutions for out-of-stock items, record reasons on handheld devices, and retrieve orders from staging areas for payment processing and vehicle loading. Keep the Curbside area organized and clean per company procedures while providing in-store and online support for customer inquiries. Scan all bagged items, charge orders accurately with tax and service fees, and report pricing, location, or temperature discrepancies to management. Perform all other duties assigned by management, including lifting 50 lb. boxes and using sharp instruments for food preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision.
- Good, corrected hearing.
