Job Summary
Field client calls and troubleshoot technical issues related to Online Services applications, customizing setups and teaching clients to maximize utilization. Diagnose and resolve problems by consulting on specific company operations to recommend best practices, while maintaining detailed client notes for future interactions. Coordinate second-level support with MMS Operations and Sales, logging tickets and centralizing enhancement requests for the BAU process. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through responsive issue resolution and effective cross-product collaboration.
