Online Seminar Manager (m/w/d)

Conceive, plan, and organize the company's online seminar program while steering the development of digital training formats such as online seminars, trainings, and e-learning modules. Manage project requests within the digital continuing education area and coordinate internal and external stakeholders including speakers, departments, and technical teams. Ensure quality of seminar formats regarding processes, content, and participant experience while actively contributing as an impetus for new digital learning formats. Utilize modern digital tools and AI-supported applications to increase efficiency. Work in a hybrid model with flexible hours, featuring a remote workspace with home office equipment and excellent public transport access.
