Maintain consistent communication with students and families to ensure engagement and provide regular progress reports. Establish effective virtual classroom management, adhere to netiquette, and collaborate with colleagues on instructional goals and faculty meetings. Dedicate evenings and weekends to live sessions and student inquiries while complying with all state, district, and school regulations.
