Job Summary
Junior Online Sales Specialist converts online leads into sales, qualifies online prospects, provides timely follow-up to set appointments with Onsite Sales Agents, delivers marketing materials, helps prospects determine the best community and floor plan, and tracks lead activity using CRM and lead-management software. Responsibilities include responding to email and phone leads, distributing prospects to appropriate teams, creating ongoing email campaigns, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to drive sales growth. Availability required Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least one year of sales experience
- Strong follow-up and client management abilities
- Advanced selling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with phones and computer applications
