Online Sales & Demand Planner

Job Summary
Own end-to-end management of the Amazon marketplace channel, including product listings, stock management, replenishment, and performance monitoring. Provide support across Takealot marketplace as required. Assist with key toy specialist retail accounts and related sales activities. Drive replenishment planning and demand forecasting across a large product portfolio. Analyse sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand to optimise stock availability. Manage forecasting models to support inventory planning decisions. Communicate with customers and marketplace contacts as required. Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure efficient stock flow and service delivery. Support the business with a collaborative, agile mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a sales, planning, replenishment, supply chain, or related role
- Proven demand planning and stock replenishment experience across a portfolio of at least 1,000 SKUs
- Demonstrated experience making forecasting decisions and managing inventory demand
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and working with large datasets
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently
- Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon or Takealot (advantageous)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
