Job Summary
Online Sales Consultant responsible for timely follow up of internet leads with the goal of scheduling in-person appointments in communities, coordinating electronic marketing efforts and ensuring accuracy of information on the website. Drives performance by meeting or exceeding monthly conversion targets, delivers excellent customer service, promptly responds to inquiries via email, phone, text and mail, assesses leads to determine suitable community and product, schedules appointments, and provides information about communities and surrounding areas. Maintains CRM records, coordinates with lenders and resources, communicates appointment details and directions, audits web pages, submits website changes to marketing, demonstrates knowledge of DRB practices and products, supports electronic marketing efforts including eblasts, follows up to close the loop with the sales team, participates in sales meetings, tracks metrics, and travels to communities to stay informed about product/location. Requires strong communication, presentation, problem solving, negotiation, organization, and self-direction; proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word; Associate’s degree or five years of home sales experience and licensing as required.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales Marketing or equivalent of five years of experience in home sales
- Prior experience in electronic marketing preferred but not required
- Must be licensed in states where required
