Job Summary
Online PR & Partnerships Specialist to grow and strengthen the Nexus Partnership Program (500+ bloggers, businesses, and publications) through partner recruitment, onboarding, ongoing engagement, and coordinating cross-marketing collaborations (blog exchanges, webinars, podcasts, and digital PR). The role emphasizes relationship-building, driving high-quality backlinks and search visibility for clients, and collaboration with internal content and SEO teams. Depending on strengths, may focus on new partner acquisition or partner engagement/retention. This is a work-from-home role with a graveyard shift (US Eastern hours) and requires based-in-Philippines availability. A junior-to-mid-level professional with strong English communication, a relevant degree, and experience in outreach or PR is a good fit.
Required Qualifications
- Based in the Philippines with long-term availability
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, extroverted communicator comfortable meeting people over Zoom
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many partner relationships and deadlines
- Background in offsite SEO, online PR, digital PR, or backlink building is a plus
- Prior experience in outreach, partnerships, account management, or PR is helpful but not required
- Willingness to grow in digital PR and partnerships
- Stable work-from-home setup
