Job Summary
Conduct virtual patient assessments, review medical histories, and deliver treatment plans for addiction care, weight management, and general telehealth services. Order and interpret lab tests, prescribe medications excluding controlled substances, and collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain medical documentation and stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices. Schedule at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM) across four days, with assistance provided for obtaining additional state licenses. Join a network of physicians expanding access to care in underserved communities through a streamlined, no-administrative-burden practice environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Ability to use telemedicine platforms
- Ability to use EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
