Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care through patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment. Order and interpret lab tests to inform high-quality decisions, prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine), and maintain comprehensive documentation. Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure continuity of care while staying current on telehealth innovations and medical advancements. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered relationships and expand access to essential medical treatment in underserved communities. Work 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM) with full schedule flexibility and industry-leading compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Ability to use telemedicine platforms
- Ability to use EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
