Job Summary

Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while ordering and interpreting lab tests to inform high-quality treatment decisions. Prescribe medications and provide expert guidance on their proper usage, collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain appropriate medical documentation and stay up to date with medical advancements and telehealth innovation. Schedule at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, with onboarding including required training such as buprenorphine protocols. Compensation includes industry-leading rates up to $400K annually, with malpractice insurance fully covered. Join a network expanding access to addiction treatment and underserved communities through modern, high-quality medicine.

Required Qualifications

  • Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, but preferably five, plus willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered)
  • Critical to be licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
  • Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
  • Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over four days each week, scheduling at least one week in advance
  • At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
  • Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact

Desired Qualifications

  • Background in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care
  • Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preferred over the minimum of three)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to medical excellence
  • Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
