Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions, prescribe medications, and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships. Collaborate with support staff to ensure comprehensive care while maintaining appropriate medical documentation. Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth innovation. Maintain an active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five) and complete required DEA and buprenorphine training. Work 15 core hours weekly from 8AM-6PM locally, scheduling at least one week in advance. Join a network of physicians expanding access to addiction treatment and underserved communities through streamlined telemedicine technology.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Ability to use telemedicine platforms
- Ability to use EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
