Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions, prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine), and collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff. Maintain medical documentation and stay current on telehealth innovation and best practices. Commit to at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, scheduling one week in advance. Requires active medical licenses in three U.S. states (preferably five including CA, FL, NC, PA, TX), DEA certification, and experience in telehealth or high-volume settings. Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, but preferably five, plus willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered)
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over four days each week, scheduling at least one week in advance
- At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required)
- Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact
