Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while ordering and interpreting lab tests to inform treatment decisions. Prescribe medications and provide expert guidance, excluding controlled substances except for buprenorphine. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and maintain appropriate medical documentation. Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices. Complete applicable training, including buprenorphine certification, as part of onboarding. Maintain an active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five) and a DEA certification. Work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, with scheduling one week in advance. Earn industry-leading compensation, with many providers exceeding $400K annually. Join a network of experienced physicians expanding access to care in underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
