Job Summary
Conduct virtual patient assessments, review medical histories, and provide treatment including medication guidance for addiction care and general telehealth services. Order and interpret lab tests to inform high-quality treatment decisions while maintaining appropriate medical documentation. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care by building therapeutic relationships and collaborating with nurse practitioners and support staff. Stay current on medical advancements and telehealth best practices using provided EMR and telemedicine platforms. Schedule and deliver at least 15 core hours weekly over four days, with assistance provided for obtaining additional state licenses. Join a network of physicians expanding access to care in underserved communities through a streamlined practice environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Ability to use telemedicine platforms
- Ability to use EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
