Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Order and interpret lab tests to inform high-quality treatment decisions while prescribing medications and guiding proper usage. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care, maintaining appropriate medical documentation for continuity. Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth innovation. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships. Schedule at least 15 core hours weekly over four days, with assistance provided for obtaining additional state licenses. Join a network of experienced physicians expanding access to care in underserved communities, focusing on addiction treatment and general telehealth services.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in at least three or more of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
