Job Summary
Onsite Support Engineer-focused role in Redmond, WA: provide essential support for physical network connections, computer imaging, and vendor interface; serve as primary contact to escalate and address customer needs; monitor subtask activity, manage customer tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of support tickets and project implementations; requires 1-2 years of experience, strong technical and communication skills, ability to lift 30 lbs, typing 50 WPM, and travel between local sites; 100% onsite with no hybrid option; travels to Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond offices as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience
- 100% onsite work in Redmond WA during core business hours
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Ability to regularly lift 30 lbs (computers and associated equipment)
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information to non-experts
- Ability to provide own vehicle transportation for travel between support sites
- Strong communication skills
- Windows, Linux experience
- Basic network troubleshooting
