Job Summary
Oversee the strategy, structure, systems, and day-to-day operations of Online Ministries, leading the development and launch of new initiatives while building scalable systems for church house growth. Manage online ministry calendars, scheduling, logistics, and platform operations, including Zoom account management and volunteer access. Maintain accurate ministry records in Rock and coordinate with Central Services for ministry cycle launches such as D1, Castles, and Growing Kids God's Way. Partner with Communications, Central Services, and the Multiplication team to ensure clear representation across platforms, while collaborating with the Multiplication Pastor to evaluate effectiveness and plan new initiatives. Build and maintain a ministry playbook, identify roadblocks with proactive solutions, and steward the Online Ministries budget. Recruit, develop, and lead online ministry volunteers, providing intentional care and spiritual shepherding to participants ready for physical community handoffs.

- Lead the development and launch of new online ministry initiatives
- Manage online ministry calendars, scheduling, logistics, and platform operations
- Maintain accurate ministry records in Rock
- Coordinate with Central Services for ministry cycle launches
- Translate church-wide initiatives into effective online and church house expressions
- Partner with Communications, Central Services, and the Multiplication team
- Collaborate with the Multiplication Pastor and Ministry Directors
- Build, refine, and maintain a ministry playbook and standard operating procedures
- Identify roadblocks to online ministry effectiveness and bring proactive solutions
- Steward the Online Ministries budget
- Participate in annual and ongoing ministry planning
- Maintain regular check-ins with key online ministry leaders and volunteers
- Recruit, develop, and lead online ministry volunteers
- Personally engage online participants through consistent follow-up, care, and relational presence
- Identify online participants who are ready for physical community and facilitate intentional handoffs to physical locations
