Job Summary
Own merchandising execution for Philips.com (US), Philips.ca, and the employee store; optimize onsite conversion through landing pages, product listings, and onsite search; lead activation for campaigns and coordinate with brand, category, CRM, and media teams; monitor site health and resolve platform issues; support testing and rollout of new features; explore emerging marketplace channels (TikTok Shop) and contribute to future channel strategy; analyze merchandising and campaign performance, conduct competitive reviews and A/B testing; contribute to structured data optimization and content improvements to support agentic commerce and generative search readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of direct-to-consumer ecommerce, online merchandising, or digital operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business, or related field
- hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (Hybris, Omnia, or similar)
- experience with marketplace platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop)
- strong data analysis capabilities and ability to translate data into action
- ability to manage product setup, pricing, categorization, and content quality
- ability to lead onsite activation for brand, category, and promotional campaigns
- excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- familiarity with agentic commerce, generative engine optimization (GEO), structured data optimization, digital shelf management and product syndication
- ability to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving ecommerce channels
- onsite office presence requirement (3 days/week)
- US work authorization
