Job Summary
Teach online Mathematics classes in a 5-week accelerated course environment, focusing on delivering effective instruction through active and student-centric learning approaches. Instructors must hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics or related discipline, with strong skills in Microsoft Suite, Windows applications, and exceptional communication abilities. Responsibilities include conducting weekly live sessions and office hours via Zoom, providing industry-relevant education, and supporting adult learners. Training and mentorship are provided for those without prior teaching experience.
Required Qualifications
- Expert skill level in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a 5-week accelerated course environment
- Comfortable troubleshooting software or technical concerns for students
