Job Summary
Instructors are sought to teach in the Masters Electronics Engineering Technology programs, ideal for industry professionals. Candidates must possess a doctoral degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, with significant industry experience and familiarity with relevant software and systems. Teaching requires the ability to engage with students effectively, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct live weekly sessions via Zoom. Faculty support and training are provided, and instructors must have reliable internet access and meet technical requirements for remote teaching. Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution
- 3-5 years industry experience in an electrical and/or manufacturing engineering field
- Familiarity with Multisim and Labview software
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Strong background in control systems, instrumentation and measurements, and mechanical systems
- Appropriate technical certification or licensure (if required)
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be available evenings and weekends to support adult learners.
- Industry experience must be within the last 5 years.
