Job Summary
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, build social media channels, and create content for NAIRON's AI Voice Solutions. Develop lead generation strategies, monitor campaign performance, and manage paid ads on LinkedIn and Google. Work with HubSpot to build marketing funnels, create email campaigns, and nurture leads. Collaborate with sales to optimize the CRM system, qualify leads, and create sales enablement materials. This role requires a degree in marketing or related fields, experience with automation tools, and fluent German skills.
Required Qualifications
- candidates located in Greece
- Degree or training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field
- Initial experience (Junior) or several years of experience (Manager) in online marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), and content creation
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels
- Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach
- Interest in AI, voice technology, and innovation
- German: business-fluent / native level
- English: very good written and spoken skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Knowledge of performance marketing
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
