Plan and optimize marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, Reddit, and Amazon while managing Paid Ads, Klaviyo newsletters, and creative content. Analyze performance results to derive actionable improvements and advance the brand strategy in collaboration with the team. This role requires a blend of creativity and structured execution, with a focus on driving real campaign effectiveness. Located in Rostock with flexible remote options after onboarding, Filz Asmussen offers a direct communication environment where you can shape the brand from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing, Performance, Paid Ads, Content und/oder CRM
- Ein gutes Gespür für Marken, Zielgruppen und wirksame Kommunikation
- Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Lust, Dinge wirklich voranzubringen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und einen Blick fürs Wesentliche
