Job Summary
Develop and produce social content for internal channels, creating Reels, TikToks, and Stories from concept to final cut while translating current trends into relevant formats. Manage performance marketing campaigns independently by setting up ads, launching them, and analyzing metrics to drive results. Translate personal experience with social platforms into actionable insights that connect content with audience engagement. Work remotely with full flexibility to shape your day, focusing on both brand building and client work.
Required Qualifications
- Studium im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation oder ähnlich
- Aktive eigene Social-Media-Kanal-Betreuung
- Verständnis der Plattformen von innen (Algorithmus, Formate, Sound, Timing)
- Gutes Auge für Ästhetik, Bildsprache und Schnitt
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise (Dinge angehen statt auf Anweisungen zu warten)
- Sehr gutes Deutsch
- Gefühl für Ton
