Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day running of the Online operation in store by keeping the team engaged, vans on the road, and customers happy. Execute trading activity on the shopfloor, validate picker and driver resources through effective rota planning, and drive pick accuracy to guarantee consistency. Lead the team in improving routine and process while creating a culture of selling, ensuring availability standards and key metrics are met. React to customer feedback from audits to create and execute effective action plans for best value offering across the online operation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment
- Operational knowledge on Online retail environment
- Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink
- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience
- Strong organisational skills
- Great customer service
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
