Job Summary
Oversee and optimize the store's online operation by managing the online shrink agenda, with structured process and data-led decisions, and validating picker and driver resources through effective rota planning to ensure picking accuracy and consistent online performance. Drive trading activity on the shopfloor to improve availability and key metrics, coach and develop the team to sustain a customer-focused, high-performing culture, and lead initiatives to reduce waste and shrink while delivering strong customer service and CSI results.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment
- Operational knowledge on Online retail environment
- Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink
- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience
- Strong organisational skills and great customer service
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
