Job Summary
Customer Service Consultant role handling inbound calls as the point of contact for consumers. Responsibilities include answering inquiries about products and services, processing payments, and performing general account maintenance; upselling products or services may be encouraged. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills (verbal and written), ability to multitask across multiple applications with CRM experience preferred, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Legazpi City, Bicol, Philippines; in-person work arrangement. EEO guidelines followed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level in high-volume inbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient reading skills
- Multi-tasking skills with CRM applications experience preferred
- Basic PC keyboarding skills
- Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
- Prior customer service experience preferred
