Job Summary
Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk will select and gather products for customers' online orders with focus on freshness and quality, assemble online orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience and uphold the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Key responsibilities include efficiently fulfilling online orders, handling coupons and payment processing, and delivering to the customer’s vehicle. Required/desired skills include customer service, cash handling or payment processing, attention to product freshness, and ability to assist customers during pickup.
