Job Summary
Process Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within four hours and ensure payment collection through audits. Fulfill and ship Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within two days, maintaining accurate filing of all paperwork and forms. Collaborate with Store Leadership on processes, procedures, reporting, and discrepancies while organizing, stocking, and auditing layaway orders during holidays. Train Team Members on the online fulfillment process and accuracy, ensuring items are picked and binned per guidelines. Prepare and pack customer orders using correct materials in a timely manner. Work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, requiring forklift certification and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds on a regular basis and climb ladders
- Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of retail e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
