Job Summary
Analyze Online business performance to uncover key drivers behind revenue, margin, and profitability, then partner with Digital leaders to shape commercial decisions with meaningful financial insight. Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluations while delivering engaging performance reporting that enables stakeholders to act with confidence. Collaborate with FP&A teams to align financial targets with business objectives and drive continuous improvements in reporting processes. This role requires a Finance degree and 3+ years of commercial finance experience, with relocation support and a competitive package available for candidates joining our Malta-based team.
Required Qualifications
- Finance Degree. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering, or a related finance role with some experience in the iGaming industry.
- Experience supporting business performance, budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.
- Confidently influence and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
- Understand commercial drivers and can connect financial performance to business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills and can turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Communicate complex financial insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
