Job Summary

Teach into a market where students book classes individually and return for consistent engagement, building a loyal student base over time. Work as an independent contractor with assigned shifts, including a 5-minute break between consecutive classes and the option to cover absent teachers. Complete a demo lesson as part of the application process and adhere to a schedule that requires responsiveness to shift changes. Utilize provided lesson materials and internal platforms, with AI-generated student reports requiring only brief, encouraging messages. Required Qualifications
- 3-year National Diploma
- Completed, accredited 120-hour TEFL certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of ESL teaching experience
- Able to teach English across all CEFR proficiency levels — from absolute beginner to advanced
- Schedule-aware and responsive: you are responsible for knowing your shift and adapting to changes
