Job Summary
Assist the chef community with platform questions, upcoming experiences, tools, and communication requests. Conduct ongoing analysis of key areas within the chef community and report findings internally. Contribute to the development of social and video content programs and handle administrative tasks. Requires 2+ years of customer service experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in the Google suite and Excel. Must be available during business hours for this part-time or full-time role in a home office environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
