Online Branch Service Manager

Job Summary
Assist in managing the day-to-day operational integrity of the online branch and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations. Provide leadership, motivation and direction to online staff; expand relationships with new and existing customers; teach customers to use online and mobile banking applications; deliver a quality customer experience within the branch. Supervisory responsibilities over wire transfers, account closeouts, site visits, documentation review, etc.; develop, train, coach and mentor online branch staff; develop new business relationships and manage the sales process for the online branch; approve transactions and ensure accurate, timely branch records and operations. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of branch operations management, detailed knowledge of banking procedures and regulations, and strong communication/interpersonal/supervisory skills. Base pay $70,000-$80,000 with a hybrid work model (3+ days on-site per week, Friday remote) in New York, NY. Amalgamated Bank is an equal opportunity employer; no visa sponsorship for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Three years of branch operations management experience or equivalent
