Job Summary
Picking and selecting best quality products on the shop floor for online customer deliveries or providing substitutions when items are out of stock. Using a route-planning handset to manage selection and timing, while working behind the scenes to handle customer queries, process orders, and load vans for Home Delivery Drivers. Building deep product knowledge to offer recommendations and maintaining a clean, clutter-free store environment. Requires early morning starts (shifts begin at 4am) in a fast-paced, physical setting with flexible scheduling. Moving shopping containers up to 15KG and using new digital tools as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Happy with early morning starts (as most shifts start at 4am)
- Working in a fast-paced, physical and high energy environment
- Always ready to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store
- Comfortable in learning to use new digital tools and technology
- Moving shopping containers up to 15KG
- Have great attention to detail
- Fully trained in a variety of skills
