Online Assistant

Online Assistant at Sainsbury’s responsible for selecting quality products for online orders, offering substitutions when items are out of stock, and preparing orders for delivery. You’ll use a handheld device to plan routes within the store, process customer queries, assist with loading vans for home delivery, provide excellent customer service, and build product knowledge to offer recommendations. Roles require flexibility to work across the store, early morning shifts (start around 4am), physical, fast-paced work, and the ability to use new digital tools. You’ll thrive working both independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail to keep the store clean and create a great shopping experience for customers.
