Job Summary
Online Assistant role supporting in-store and online customer experiences: picking and selecting quality products for customer orders ready for delivery, offering substitutions when items are out of stock, using a handheld device to plan routes, processing orders, assisting with loading vans for Home Delivery, answering customer queries, and building knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations. The role involves working across the store as needed, with early morning shifts starting around 4am and a nightshift premium where applicable, and training across a variety of skills to enable learning and development.
