Job Summary
Pick and select best-quality products for online orders ready for doorstep delivery, providing substitutions when items are out of stock. Use a route-planning handset to manage selection and timing, while handling customer queries, processing orders, and loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers. Build product knowledge to offer recommendations and maintain a clean, clutter-free store environment. Work flexibly across the store, often on early morning shifts in a fast-paced, physical setting, using initiative to solve problems and own tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Happy with early morning starts (as most shifts start at 4am)
- Working in a fast-paced, physical and high energy environment
- Always ready to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store
- Comfortable in learning to use new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly
- Moving shopping containers up to 15KG
- Have great attention to detail
- Keeping the store clean and clutter free
- Always looking to create the best shopping experience for our customers
