Job Summary
Online Assistant at Sainsbury’s: selecting high-quality online orders ready for delivery or offering suitable substitutions when items are out of stock; plan routes and manage order picking; handle customer queries, process orders, and assist with loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers; provide excellent customer service, build product knowledge, and stay informed on promotions; work flexibly across the store and adapt to a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with early starts and opportunities to learn new skills; benefits include nightshift premium, discounts, free food and drinks, generous holiday entitlement, and pension and share schemes.
Required Qualifications
- Able to start early (4am)
- Comfortable with lifting up to 15kg
