Job Summary
Online Assistant responsibilities include selecting high-quality products for online orders ready for delivery or providing suitable substitutions when items are out of stock; use a handheld device to plan routes around the store and manage order picking within time targets; assist with processing orders, answering customer queries, and helping load vans for Home Delivery Drivers; consistently deliver excellent service, proactively offering help and building knowledge about products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations; flexible across store duties and shifts in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; training across multiple skills and comfort with using new digital tools to support shopping experiences; physically capable of moving shopping containers up to 15 KG; benefits include nightshift premiums where applicable, discounts, free food and drinks, generous holiday entitlement, pension contributions, share schemes, shopping discounts, and wellbeing support.
