Job Summary
Pick and select high-quality products from the shop floor for online customer orders, providing substitutions when items are out of stock. Use a route-planning handset to manage selection and timing, while handling customer queries, processing orders, and loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers. Build product knowledge to offer recommendations and maintain a clutter-free store environment. Work flexibly across the store, often starting at 4am in a fast-paced, physical setting, and move containers up to 15KG.
Required Qualifications
- Happy with early morning starts (as most shifts start at 4am)
- Working in a fast-paced, physical and high energy environment
- Always ready to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store
- Comfortable in learning to use new digital tools and technology
- Moving shopping containers up to 15KG
- Have great attention to detail
- Fully trained in a variety of skills
