Job Summary
Online AssistantRole involves selecting high-quality products for online orders to be delivered to customers, offering substitutions when items are out of stock, using a handheld device to plan routes and manage order completion times, processing orders and assisting with loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers, and providing excellent customer service. Build product knowledge, respond to customer queries, assist across store duties as needed, and promote promotions while working flexibly in a fast-paced, physical environment with early morning shifts (approximately start times around 4am).
