Job Summary
Manage foreclosure files through all stages leading up to auction, ensuring full compliance with state statutes, investor guidelines, and client requirements. Receive, review, and ingest attorney and servicer asset data tapes into Salesforce and internal systems, validating structure and accuracy against formatting specifications and investor standards. Use VLOOKUP, filters, and data cleansing techniques to reconcile data against internal records and organize content efficiently. Manage property photos, foreclosure documents, and sale materials on listing platforms, performing routine audits to ensure data integrity and correct discrepancies. Ensure the Auction.com platform displays accurate, compliant foreclosure information by proactively identifying and correcting errors. Work onsite four days per week in Irvine, CA, with a base salary range of $33.00–$44.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Salesforce
