Job Summary
Oversee Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and Test Security Specialist teams for PSI's online proctoring operations, including hiring, performance monitoring, disciplinary action, and termination. Direct staff in online proctoring, train guides, and monitor employee performance while providing weekly and monthly reports on queue metrics. Monitor calls and exam sessions to ensure productivity and quality, act as leader during managerial absences, and coordinate team schedules. Maintain confidentiality and exam security while assessing difficult situations fairly. Provide ongoing coaching, participate in training development, and communicate effectively with management and sponsors. Ensure prompt, courteous service to customers and align with Onshore Program goals.
Required Qualifications
- People leadership experience
- Experience of managing remote (global) employees and teams
- High school diploma level of education
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions
- Evidence of ability and experience in identifying, evaluating and troubleshooting potential problems for customers
- Availability to align with US business hours
- Availability for early mornings, late evenings and weekends on occasion
