Job Summary
Process new member and account applications received through online and mobile channels, including savings, checking, certificates of deposit, and club accounts. Proactively solicit inquiries via chat, email, and phone while accurately opening accounts and auditing them against credit union policies. Actively market and cross-sell current and new products to educate members, striving to meet or exceed monthly production goals. Establish and maintain professional business relations with members, financial institutions, and merchants by providing excellent service, resolving problems, and preventing fraud. Collaborate with company personnel and management to coordinate efforts and support team objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of credit union products and services
- One to three years of related experience
- Excellent communication and public relations skills
- Ability to analyze accounts
- Attentive to detail and able to multi-task
- Ability to assist others
- Able to use 10-key, PC, telephone, and all related business equipment
