Job Summary
The Online Account Handler is responsible for managing the AIG Online platform used by brokers, serving as the single point of contact for inquiries via call and email. Key duties include creating non-standard certificates, submitting requests in booking systems, collaborating with underwriters and brokers, handling technical questions, and conducting internal and external reporting. Candidates must have at least 3 years of administrative experience, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and have a customer-focused mindset. Insurance experience is beneficial but not required.
