Job Summary
Provide functional support and remote training for Sage Intacct users, diagnosing issues across core modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Purchasing), guiding clients through workflows, and delivering training to strengthen system usage. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems, contribute to knowledge-base resources, and identify opportunities for process improvements and additional user training. Stay updated on Sage Intacct releases and changes affecting system support. Requires at least 2 years of Sage Intacct experience, strong accounting knowledge, effective troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills for explaining concepts to non-technical users. Roles involve remote training delivery and client-facing support, with working authorization in the US or Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Sage Intacct, ideally in a support or consulting capacity
- Strong grasp of core accounting principles and financial processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot application issues and resolve client concerns effectively
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Experience facilitating remote training sessions and developing user-facing documentation
- Familiarity with industry-specific use cases in construction, real estate, or the nonprofit sector (preferred but not required)
