Job Summary
Dispatcher role coordinating load distribution and driver/contractor performance across multiple terminals in Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Memphis, Mobile, Savannah, Charleston, Norfolk, and Baltimore. Primary duties include ensuring timely service, driving Operational Excellence, maintaining effective communication with safety, recruitment, customer service, and sales teams, tracking equipment utilization, cross-training to cover workload, and supporting KPI attainment. Requirements emphasize strong organizational and written communication skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Prism Software preferred).
